Carlton Harmony Day 2012
Harmony Day is on again this year will be be even bigger and better than the last!
It is taking place on Thursday March 22nd from 3.30 pm to 8pm at the Carlton Housing Estate. Harmony day is a wonderful event that celebrates cultural diversity and encourages respect, equity and inclusion for all people regardless of race, age, gender or religious beliefs.
It is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the cultural differences in the Carlton community through music, food and activities plus it is a perfect opportunity to make some new friends that live in your own neighbourhood.
There will be something for everybody to enjoy from a children’s farm to music and dance performances, world foods to children’s workshops, plus many more fun activities.
Carlton Harmony Day is for everyone, so bring along your family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, we are hoping to see as many smiling faces there and involved as possible.
