Tau Tau Melbourne: Indonesian Students’ Welcome

NEWLY arrived from Indonesia? Don’t miss Tau-Tau Melbourne, a festival that aims to help students settle into their new life overseas. Plus, stand a chance to win return-tickets from Melbourne to Jakarta and an iPad mini!

Taking place this Saturday, Tau Tau Melbourne (Getting to know Melbourne) is a free and fun event that aims to help newly arrived Indonesians settle into their new life in Melbourne.

Organised by not-for-profit community group ID Live, the festival will be a celebration of Indonesian culture and food, while providing essential information relating to public transportation, phone plans, opening a bank account, finding accommodation and more.

If you’re here in Melbourne and already missing home, then you should most definitely find out how you can win return-tickets from Melbourne to Jakarta via Tau Tau Melbourne’s Facebook Page. There’s also an iPad mini up for grabs as a door prize on the day!
