AS part of our At Home and Abroad cultural experience workshops, we hosted a coffee masterclass last Thursday with barista Andrew Mayne. Here’s what you missed!

The evening kicked off with barista Andrew Mayne giving a short talk on the history of coffee. What’s the difference between a latte, flat white, mocha, and macchiato? Andrew answered those questions as well.

Before moving on to the practical part of the masterclass, we asked some coffee-related trivia questions and gave out a few prizes…

We then moved on to the practical part of the workshop, where Andrew showed everyone how to tell the difference between a good and bad coffee. Some even got to try their hand at making a cuppa.
