Instagramโ€™s capacity to inspire people to reinvent their style game is undeniably powerful. Fashion and style is a huge part of that visual culture on social media and while there are many female fashion and beauty stars of Instagram, stylish men sometimes may fall under the radar.

So to assist, weโ€™ve gathered some of our favourite male style stars of Instagram from all over the world for your sartorial inspiration.

Jimmy Launay โ€“ @jimmylaunay (U.K)

I am sorry Mr Jackson. coffee didnโ€™t make up for friday night tho ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ #wegotzefro

A post shared by JIMMY LAUNAY (@jimmylaunay) on

Jimmy Launay is a British model who has a business degree which specialises in fashion marketing. He has a unique look and style that mixes dapper and classic British fashion with a rougher, street style sensibility. He is also confident enough to be really versatile in choosing his outfits.

A signature outfit of his includes pairing a causal blazer with a classic crew neck T-shirt and sneakers altogether for a slick but casual look.

Being from London, Launay also has an enviable collection of denim, leather motorcycle and bomber jackets. One good piece of each of these jackets is a good investment in every wardrobe and is a style tip his followers should take!

Kwon @doctor_kwon_81 (South Korea)

A doctoral researcher from Seoul with a more formal style, Dr. Kwon combines Korean menswear trends and cosmopolitan elements to create his own signature style.

An example of a typical outfit for Dr. Kwon includes a monochrome turtleneck sweater under a suit without tie, showing simple but formal style. Although his everyday style may be quite formal for most students, one thing that they can definitely be inspired by are his accessories like sunglasses and bags, as well as his coats.

Dr. Kwon tends to flavor classic trench coat styles with looser fits and shorter cuts as he isnโ€™t built tall like most male fashion models. The looser fit and shorter cut of these coats allow for a more casual look juxtaposed against his more formal suits. They are also a great idea for guys who are worried a trench coat is too formal or too long for them.

Chuck Wang @chucktocheck (China)

A post shared by Chuck Wang (@chucktocheck) on

Chuck Wang is a model, small business owner and somewhat of an Instagram star. One of the reasons why he is so popular is because of his โ€˜haulโ€™ pictures, where he posts pictures of new shoes or clothes he just has just bought.

โ€˜Haulโ€™ videos are huge on Youtube, and have no doubt made the transition over to Instagram. These haul pictures both recommend items to followers and also allow them to live vicariously through the other person.

Chuck has a very casual and laidback style that will suit most young people and university students. The secret as to why he looks stylish and great all the time is his investment in well-fitting basics. He goes for a loose and casual fit, but never wears anything that look too baggy or pieces that overwhelm him. He pairs loose white t-shirts with jeans and makes them his own with an overshirt, and throws in personal touches by using his accessories. He likes hats, and often spices up his outfits with a cap, bucket hat, beret or beanie.

The most cutting edge guy on the list has to be 17 year old Yutaro from Japan. His style canโ€™t really be defined and is signature to Japanese street fashion โ€“ wild, androgynous, colourful, edgy, cute, kitschy, slick all at the same time.

He wears and mixes pieces that should look hideous on a normal person yet makes them look downright adorable.

Although many of his looks are very colourful and kitschy, he also has that Yohji Yamamoto/Rei Kawabuko inspired Japanese style that strips back clothing to just silhouettes and pushes the boundaries with what we are used to with unconventional silhouettes. Although many may not feel that they can be as bold as Yutaro to try his style, they should embrace their inner quirks and wear what they want!

Yutaroโ€™s sense of style should inspire his followers to try out colour, experiment with fashion, defy gender norms and have fun with their clothes.

5. Nick Grant @nickgrantmusic (U.S)

โ€œWorking on this classicโ€ #visvimgang

A post shared by NickGrantmusic (@nickgrantmusic) on

Nick Grant is a rapper from the United States. He has a huge following thanks to his music, but heโ€™s a great dresser as well. Heโ€™s got a classic All-American style that pairs duffel jackets with hoodies for colder weather, or a really cool vintage graphic tee with bermudas for the summer, or even polo shirts while working on his music.

Nickโ€™s style is effortlessly cool and approachable, and shows fans of his style and music how to pair seemingly basic pieces together to create a look unique to you.

This place keeps me from going insane! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
