Upper West Side Street Art Precinct – Official Opening
Friday, December 1 – Sunday, December 3 (Friday: 4.00pm – 9.00pm ;  Saturday & Sunday: All day) | Corner of Spencer St & Little Bourke St, Melbourne)

Fancy a look at some new Melbourne street art? See the entire process unfold live before your very eyes this weekend as seven internationally recognised Australian artists contribute to the creation of new murals in the city.

See artists Rone, Adnate, Fintan, Magee, Sofles, Dvate and Smug (creator of the ‘Grandparents’ painting on Lonsdale St), attempt to breathe new artistic life into the city’s Upper West Side in the official launch of the Upper West Side Street Art Precinct.

Witness these mesmerising talents bring their craft even closer to the public at the kick-off party this Friday evening, where food trucks, live painting and DJs will celebrate the arrival of a new Melbourne arts precinct. If you can’t make it on Friday for the launch, see the artists work on their murals in-person for the rest of the weekend.

Come along and meet these talented individuals on the corner of Spencer St and Little Bourke St.

This FREE event is wheel-chair accessible. More information can be found at its official Facebook event page and event listing over at City of Melbourne’s What’s On page.
