The Festival of Fitness aims to promote the use of lunchtime as the perfect opportunity to get active. By utilising your lunch break to get active you will experience the benefits of exercise throughout your working day without decreasing your personal time.
The Festival of Fitness will feature free exercise sessions at Flagstaff Gardens including:
Tuesday 26 February: Boot Camp and Yoga
Wednesday 27 February: Skip-fit and Pilates
Thursday 28 February: Whip and Tai Chi
During the event there will be give-aways and prizes to be won.
