You don’t need a plane ticket to the United States to sample some of its finest delicacies.

Save your money and make it a special day out with United States of Food, a food tour that will take foodies to one of Australia’s oldest hamburger stands and then follow that with a tour of Queen Victoria Market, a place where many of the city’s restaurants stock their kitchens!

From there, the United States of Food experience will take you to an authentic bagel shop followed by a secret bar in the American speakeasy tradition. This tour is concluded by a formal meal at an authentic American restaurant. Yum!

While this is on the pricey end (tours are $79 per person), just think about the kind of food experience you’ll be having! It’s the holidays for most of you so if you’re not heading overseas any time soon, save up for this one of a kind experience of Americana in Australia!

The United States of Food tour is on everyday from 11.30am – 3.30pm. Bookings are essential. For more information visit their official website.
