FTW: Tickets to see Two Days, One Night in cinemas

ACADEMY Award-winning actress Marion Cotillard can be seen in the new film Two Days, One Night come November 6. Hieu Chau has the details on how you can win one of five double passes to see it!

After filming Hollywood blockbusters like Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, French actress Marion Cotillard will be returning to European waters in the new drama, Two Days, One Night.

Cotillard stars as a married woman of two, Sandra, who returns to her factory job after a suffering a breakdown. However, once news of her role’s redundancy reaches her ears, Sandra has two days to convince her fellow workmates to keep her employed by sacrificing the bonus pay they’ve received as a result of her redundancy.

The film is written and directed by the Dardenne brothers, Jean-Pierre and Luc, both of whom have the distinction of being two-time Palme d’Or-winning filmmakers – the highest accolade awarded to films entered into the highly prestigious Cannes Film Festival.

Since its debut at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, Two Days, One Night has travelled the festival circuit with screenings held at year’s Melbourne International Film Festival and Sydney Film Festival.

Two Days, One Night opens nationally across select cinemas on November 6. The trailer for the film can be seen over at Madman Entertainment’s official YouTube channel.
