If you’re passionate about social entrepreneurship, positive change and making a difference in the world, come along to our Talk and Tour with the Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) next Thursday, August 31.

FYA is a non-for-profit organisation that aims to empower young people to realise their potential as changemakers, innovators, makers, dreamers, thinkers, doers and creators. The organisation provides a variety of programs such as the Young Social Pioneers program (an entrepreneurship incubator) and Unleashed, the organisation’s annual festival promoting social change. Additionally, FYA also has its FYA Hub Coworking Space, where young social entrepreneurs can towards their vision and collaborate with other changemakers.

At our talk and tour, participants will be able to:

  • Connect with social entrepreneurs where they can start to think about how young people can contribute and make a different to their world
  • Hear from FYA staff on how they work to better empower young people to create a positive difference in their communities
  • Go behind the scenes and tour the offices of FYA

The event will run for 1.5 hours on August 31 from 10.30am – 12.00pm at 27 Somerset Place, Melbourne. More information about the event can be accessed from the Eventbrite page
